[Tours & Patrols](https://university.guardhousehq.com/tours-patrols?hsLang=en) # Assigning a Runsheet to a Shift You can assign run sheets to someone by assigning them a "Region" on the staff profile (read [here](https://university.guardhousehq.com/support/solutions/articles/51000385794-regions-set-up?hsLang=en)). The other option is to assign a run sheets to a shift on the Schedule page. Here's how you can do this.  1. Go to Organization \> Sites 2. Choose the correct patrol site / run 3. Go to the Schedule page and choose the correct customer 5. Create a shift as normal 6.
