[Staff](https://university.guardhousehq.com/staff?hsLang=en) # Blacklisting History and Audit Trail ### Blacklisting History and Audit Trail Print Guardhouse offers a transparent system for managing worker blacklisting, ensuring a clear audit trail for compliance, accountability, and operational efficiency. This functionality ensures that decisions regarding personnel restrictions are traceable, justified, and auditable across your organization. On the staff Profile, go to Sites: ![](https://university.guardhousehq.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/x-meyA9sqXykE41ErZfld06N5axWZJXi5Q.png) On this page, you can select the Blacklist option for certain sites.
