PrintGuardhouse offers a transparent system for managing worker blacklisting, ensuring a clear audit trail for compliance, accountability, and operational efficiency. This functionality ensures that decisions regarding personnel restrictions are traceable, justified, and auditable across your organization.
On the staff Profile, go to Sites:
On this page, you can select the Blacklist option for certain sites.
When selecting the Blacklisting opion you will be asked to write a note:
On the staff HR Details you can see the audit trail of when are why the individual was Blacklisted:
