[Staff](https://university.guardhousehq.com/staff?hsLang=en) # Blacklisting Staff from Sites ### Blacklisting Staff from Sites Print Blacklisting or tagging someone as preferred on a site would ensure that those most qualified staff or most requested staff members would be scheduled in a specific site. Those tagged as Preferred will be appearing at the top of the list on the Schedule page. On the other hand, Blacklisting a candidate by an employer would mean that the candidate will be appearing at the bottom of the list and cannot be rostered for that specific site.   To set this feature, follow these steps:  - Click Organization and select Staff from the dropdown - Select the staff and click on the Sites subtab - The list of sites will appear and you can tag the selected staff as preferred or blacklisted per site - Hit Save ![](https://university.guardhousehq.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/tt-5lsEaiNlZF073eTWxJj76_BC1fcPyNw.png) When you now go to the Schedule page and create a shift, there should be a list of preferred and blacklisted staff.
