Clocked Out Out Off Site

When someone clocks out off site there will be various warnings that appear on the Dashboard and in Timesheets. 

Dashboard Warning

When someone clocks out off site the Status of the shift will change to "CLOCKED OUT OFF SITE".  There will also be a red warning sign that appears next to the Verification icon. You can click the Verification icon to see the exact location on where they clocked out. 

Timesheet Warning

In Timesheets, the Time Clock time will change to red indicating that they have clocked out off site. The system will also require a note from the staff member which will display in the notes section of Timesheets. There will also be a red warning sign to highlight this issue.
