Creating Unavailability / Leave submissions on behalf of staff

Admins and Managers can create Unavailability and Leave submissions on behalf of staff through the Dashboard. 



Click Add New on the Availability / Leave requests widget


Select the staff member you are creating the submission for from the dropdown list



Once you have selected the staff member, pick the days the staff member is applying to have off, the leave type, the site you are costing the leave to and finally a reason for payroll context.


Once you're finished click Save and Approve and the submission will go straight onto the Schedule and Timesheets pages.
