Deploi Integration with Guardhouse
This article will take you through the setup with the Deploi Integration with Guardhouse
In order to start the process, you will need to be both a customer of Guardhouse and Deploi - if you are a customer of one but not the other, please reach out to your Customer Success or Account Manager to arrange an introduction call).
Please then contact your Customer Success Manager who will ensure the integration is setup in the system backend and then setup an onboarding call.
To start the integration, navigate to Organisation - Company - Guardhouse API & Integrations and click 'Connect'

You will then need to press 'Sign Up', even if you already have an existing account in Deploi as you are creating an account for the integration.

Once you have entered your email and password, you will then receive an activation email from Deploi.

Once you have actioned this, you will then need to reclick the 'Connect' button in Guardhouse and your account should then be successfully linked.

To request a check once your accounts are successfully integrated, go to Organisation - Staff and in the Staff members profile you wish to screen, click Send Invitation and select Invite with Deploi Screening.

This pop up will then prefill the First Name, Lat Name, Email Address and Mobile Number based off their Guardhouse profile. Check all details and ensure that they are all completed and then select the products you wish to purchase and then save.

The employee will then be sent an email asking them to start the screening process through Deploi.
You can track candidates progress through Guardhouse in Organisation - Staff - Screening Dashboard

Here you can see a list of all your employee who have been sent through to Deploi and their current status
If you wish to view the screening details, 'View Detail' will take you through to Deploi where you can review the candidates file.

What access permissions are required to access the integration setup?
'Can work as a payroll manager' and 'Can view compliance' must be enabled in the individuals’ profile.
What access permissions are there in Deploi:
Manager - Full access to the functionality and can accept Risk (Candidates' who's screening reveals they have a CCJ value of over £10,000 or an Active Directorship)
Admin - Can request checks and view candidates’ files
Viewer - Can view candidates files and progress but cannot request checks
