# I've Forgotten My Guardhouse Password
### I've Forgotten My Guardhouse Password

If you can't remember your Guardhouse password and can't log-in you can reset your password either through the Guardhouse website or your mobile app. You can also contact the Guardhouse support team and we can help.
**RESETTING YOUR PASSWORD THROUGH THE WEB**
**STEP 1:**
Open [https://guardhousehq.com/au/](https://guardhousehq.com/au/) in your favourite browser and click "Log In"

****STEP 2:****
**At the bottom of the sign in popup, click the 'Forget your Password' link.**
**Step 3: **
Enter your email address (which is also your Guardhouse username).
**STEP 4:**
**Click on the **'Send Password Reset Email'
**Step 5: **
**You will then receive an email with a password reset link. Click the link and you will be prompted to enter the password you would like to use (new password). Click the "Reset Password” and you’re done! **
**RESETTING YOUR PASSWORD THRU YOUR MOBILE APP**
- Open the Guardhouse app - you should already have it installed.
- Click on 'Forgot Password' and enter your Guardhouse email address or username.
- Click on 'Reset Password' and you will receive an email containing the link and instructions to complete the process.
NOTE: If you have already set up a new password and you remember your old password, the old password will no longer allow you to access your Guardhouse account or app.
