We are excited to introduce the ability for you to simply upload Annual Leave and Sick Leave balances into Guardhouse. Leave balances will display when approving leave and will automatically be deducted from the staff's leave balance, providing a centralised and efficient process to manage leave.

Once the leave balance is uploaded, you can easily check a staff's leave balance in their profile.
You can also view a running ledger on when the leave was taken, the balance uploaded and who approved the leave.

Leave balances will also display when you are approving leave and will be deducted once the leave and timesheets have been approved.
