In this Product Update we are excited to share with you the introduction of Xero Leave API to have a fully automated payroll process as well as enhancements to our Access Levels for greater security.

Do you have Full Time or Part Time Staff and are using Xero to process your payroll? This is the last piece of the puzzle to have a fully automated payroll process!
Leave that is approved in Guardhouse will now transfer to Xero when you are doing your normal pay run! This means you don't have to manually enter leave taken into Xero any more!

Update: User Access Levels

You may have noticed some changes to your access levels in last release. We have introduced a new Admin level call Super Admin. This additional level brings greater security across the account with the main change being the Admin can no longer change their own access levels. Please see below table for a bit more information:

- Xero Leave API - Approved Leave to pass from Guardhouse into Xero - Released
- Sending of Guardhouse PDF Invoices - You will have the ability to send Guardhouse invoices once they have been generated straight to your client! - Released, more details to come.
- Occurrence Logs - Guards will have the ability to create log entries during shifts with a full PDF report being generated at end of day to be sent to Customers! - In development
- Advance OT Algo - We have spent the last 12 months leaning the best way to apply overtime inline with the Security Award. We are working on an algorithm that will automaticity apply OT to the most expensive shift during a pay cycle, saving you time and money. This is inline with the Security Award. - In BETA
- Patrols V1 - We are very excited to release our first version of our Patrols functionality. This feature will see continued improvements for the next 12 - 18 months. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you would like a demo of this feature.- Released to selected customers!
