Guardhouse enhancements: 

• [GH-6724] Remove option to add Incident report in Customer Portal 

• • New configuration “Allow Customer to Add Incident Reports” under Company Settings > Customer Portal > Show incident report to customer portal 

• • Default is turned ON; if turned OFF, the “Add New” button in the Customer Portal > Incident Register Page will be hidden, thus removing the option for a customer portal account to add new incident reports

  • [GH-6735] Endpoint - Get Form Template list 

• • • A new endpoint under the Incident Report Open API where the users can get the list of Form Templates available in their company; to be used in filtering incident reports in the “Get All Report Data by Form Template” end point

• • • A new endpoint under the Incident Report Open API where the users can get all incident report questions and answers for each individual form template that the company uses
