Guardhouse enhancements:

• • • In the existing Xero Sales Export, the Tax Type column will now display the value of the Invoice tax rate (%) as setup in the Invoice Profile (eg. 15% GST on Expenses)

• • • A new webhook feature that can be used in other systems – a way for an application outside of Guardhouse to receive notifications when a specific event from Guardhouse is triggered 

• • • Initial implementation of this webhook is for Incident Report triggers 

• • • • The 3rd party application (subscriber) subscribes to Guardhouse webhooks for Incident Report that had been either “submitted” or “approved” 

• • • • When an Incident Report is submitted by a guard or approved by an admin/manager, Guardhouse will send a notification to the 3rd party application (subscriber) 

• • • • The notification consists of a payload of basic details about the Incident Report that had been submitted or approved 

 

• • [GH-6947] Implement confirmation pop-up for Bulk Actions 

• • • A new pop up will show when admins/managers are working on Bulk Actions to help inform the user about the changes that are about to made to timesheets and how many timesheets will be affected 

• • • The bulk action confirmation popup should contain:

• • • • The number of timesheets that will be updated by the action 

• • • • A description of what fields will be changed by the action

• • • • Use all shared times​ - replace start, end and break times with the approved shared times from a linked customer​ 

• • • • Round to nearest 5 mins​ - round start and end times to the nearest 5 minutes​
