  1. Scope
    • [GH-7558] US Security Licence Enhancements (US Companies Only)
      • Introduced support for US Security Licences, including Licence States and Licence Types
      • For states with a predefined list of licence types, users can select the appropriate Licence Type after choosing a Licence State
      • For states without a predefined list, users can enter a custom Licence Type
      • Existing licence details, including Licence Number, Expiry Date, Reminder, Critical, and File Upload, continue to work as before
      • Updated licence-related reports to correctly display the new US licence information
      • Out of scope:
        • Licence validation is not included in this release. Licence expiry notifications and the Security Licences dashboard widget will continue to use the configured Expiry Date and Reminder values
        • Skill matching based on licences is not included in this release and will be introduced in a future update
    • [GH-7589] Include Customer Name in the "Search" bar in Invoicing Page
      • The Search bar on the Invoicing Page now allows you to search using the Customer Name
      • This makes it easier to find invoices when a customer is managed across multiple customer entities
      • For example, searching for "Guardhouse" will return invoices for related customer entities such as Guardhouse Operations, Guardhouse Events, and Guardhouse Main.
    • [GH-7473] Change ABN to GST label for New Zealand companies – (NZ Companies Only)
      • In the Company Settings > Invoicing > Invoice Details, update the "Company ABN" field into "Company GST"​
      • When generating an invoice PDF, the “ABN” field will now show up as “GST” with the value derived from Company GST

      • Introduced Automatic Timesheet Approval to reduce manual timesheet processing for scheduled shifts
      • Administrators can configure time variance thresholds to automatically approve eligible timesheets when clock-in and clock-out times fall within the defined tolerance
      • Settings can be configured at the Company, Customer, or Site level, allowing different approval rules for different operational requirements
