  1. Scope

    Guardhouse enhancements:

    • [GH-7849] Collsoft Payroll Export
      • New Paysheet export “Collsoft Payroll Export (.xlsx)” and “Collsoft Payroll Export (.csv) in the Paysheets > Export dropdown
      • Generates paysheet data with the following column headers:
        • Name – First name and Last name of staff
        • Works No – Employee ID of staff (Staff Page > Employee Details > Employee ID)
        • The following columns will display all categories used on the Paysheet with the combination of Hours x Rate columns
          1. [Pay Category Name] Hours
          2. [Pay Category Name] Rate
          3. [OT Cat. Name] Hours
          4. [OT Cat. Name] Rate
          5. [Allowance Name] Hours
          6. [Allowance Name] Rate
          7. [Leave Name] Hours
          8. [Leave Name] Rate
    • [GH-7847] Charge Rates Download and Upload
      • In the Site Rates tab of Customer page, new options “Download site rates” and “Upload site rates” are now available; allows the admins to edit their site rates through Excel instead of editing one by one through the UI
      • [GH-7877] Download Charge Rates
        • Generates an Excel file with the following contents:
          1. CustomerSiteRatesId – each site rate in the UI has their own CustomerSiteRatesId; the ones who doesn’t have yet a CustomerSiteRatesId means that they’re currently using the defaults
          2. Customer – customer name
          3. Site – site name
          4. Position – site position name
          5. Service Name – services used under that Customer
          6. Service Category – service categories used under that Customer
          7. Current Effective Date – current effective date of the Site Rates
          8. Current Rate – current rate for each Customer – Site – Position combination
          9. New Rate – on download, shown as null; this is where the admins can enter the new rate
      • [GH-7878] Upload Charge Rates
        • Admins should fill in the New Rate column only
        • On click of the Upload, the system validates if the file contents are correct
        • Rules:
          1. Only the New Rate column should be updated
      • Admins cannot change any of the other columns, otherwise it will result to an error (cannot change pay group or pay categories, still need to be done through the UI)
