Show Live Clock-in on the Customer Portal

Administrators and Managers can now give the option for customers to view the live clock-ins of guards on their dashboard. 


Prerequisite: A Guardhouse customer should be invited to Guardhouse and should have an active account. 

Here are the steps:

  1. Go to Organization
  2. Click Site from the drop-down
  3. Click Customer Portal
  4. Tick "Show Live Clock-ins"
  5. Hit Save

The above action will create an extra tab on the live Dashboard where the customer can see more details of the staff's clock in and clock out information.
