Timesheets in Guardhouse display the clock in and out data of all of the shifts across the business. Timesheets is were you will come to artibrrate your shifts and choose what information will be fed through into the Paysheets and Invoicing Tabs.  To access timesheets, navigate to **Timesheets**: ![](https://university.guardhousehq.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-20-2026-06-57-14-9182-AM.png?width=670&height=137&name=image-png-May-20-2026-06-57-14-9182-AM.png) ![](https://university.guardhousehq.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-20-2026-06-57-40-9246-AM.png?width=670&height=67&name=image-png-May-20-2026-06-57-40-9246-AM.png) When viewing timesheets, you can **filter by customer** or go to an **all customer view**: ![](https://university.guardhousehq.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-20-2026-06-59-22-8777-AM.png?width=598&height=381&name=image-png-May-20-2026-06-59-22-8777-AM.png) You can also filter by site or to an all site view: ![](https://university.guardhousehq.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-20-2026-07-00-11-8575-AM.png?width=341&height=257&name=image-png-May-20-2026-07-00-11-8575-AM.png) You can also **Search** for if you are looking for a specific staff member by **name**: ![](https://university.guardhousehq.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-20-2026-07-00-21-4339-AM.png?width=285&height=144&name=image-png-May-20-2026-07-00-21-4339-AM.png) When loading the timesheets page, you will always be taken to the view of **Awaiting Approval** - these are timesheets that are yet to be arbitrated and are currently awaiting approval to be pushed through into payroll and invoicing. You also have an **Approved Timesheets** view and an **All** view. The All view shows timesheets that have been approved, those awaiting approval and also any rejected timesheet: ![](https://university.guardhousehq.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-20-2026-07-04-25-3277-AM.png?width=386&height=306&name=image-png-May-20-2026-07-04-25-3277-AM.png) The **Today** toggle will bring you back to the current week and you can navigate through timesheets on a weekly view. **Timesheets are viewable as soon as shifts have been published out** on that week: ![](https://university.guardhousehq.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-20-2026-07-05-48-4626-AM.png?width=350&height=88&name=image-png-May-20-2026-07-05-48-4626-AM.png) In **Filters,** you can choose your filtering selection to narrow down the view of the timesheets displaying on the page view: ![](https://university.guardhousehq.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-20-2026-07-14-20-9823-AM.png?width=318&height=78&name=image-png-May-20-2026-07-14-20-9823-AM.png) ![](https://university.guardhousehq.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-20-2026-07-14-36-6054-AM.png?width=285&height=492&name=image-png-May-20-2026-07-14-36-6054-AM.png) Timesheets V2 is designed with **live page updating**, with no need to refresh between actions. You are able to see any other admins or managers who are accessing this page at the same time as you and will be notified when they open timesheets (similar to how Google Sheets work): ![](https://university.guardhousehq.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-21-2026-06-47-55-0005-AM.png?width=372&height=147&name=image-png-May-21-2026-06-47-55-0005-AM.png) Whilst on the timesheet page, the live updating will constantly display any other users currently accessing this page.
