Timesheets Overview

This article gives an overview of the functionality on the timesheets page. 

Timesheets in Guardhouse display the clock in and out data of all of the shifts across the business. Timesheets is were you will come to artibrrate your shifts and choose what information will be fed through into the Paysheets and Invoicing Tabs. 

To access timesheets, navigate to Timesheets:

When viewing timesheets, you can filter by customer or go to an all customer view:

You can also filter by site or to an all site view:

You can also Search for if you are looking for a specific staff member by name:

When loading the timesheets page, you will always be taken to the view of Awaiting Approval - these are timesheets that are yet to be arbitrated and are currently awaiting approval to be pushed through into payroll and invoicing. You also have an Approved Timesheets view and an All view. The All view shows timesheets that have been approved, those awaiting approval and also any rejected timesheet:

The Today toggle will bring you back to the current week and you can navigate through timesheets on a weekly view. Timesheets are viewable as soon as shifts have been published out on that week:

In Filters, you can choose your filtering selection to narrow down the view of the timesheets displaying on the page view:

Timesheets V2 is designed with live page updating, with no need to refresh between actions. You are able to see any other admins or managers who are accessing this page at the same time as you and will be notified when they open timesheets (similar to how Google Sheets work):

Whilst on the timesheet page, the live updating will constantly display any other users currently accessing this page. In order to see who else is accessing this page hover your cursor over the people icon and other active users will display:

When another user is currently arbitrating a timesheet, this will be locked for other users on the page. It will also display their name:
