1. Navigate to Organisation - Staff - Licences /Compliance
2. Add a new license and select the applicable license type from the dropdown
3. Fill in the License Number and the Expiry Date
4. Once the required fields are completed, a Validate button will appear. Click it to instantly verify the license with the SIA database.
5. If the license is valid, it will be confirmed in the system however, if there are any discrepancies (e.g., invalid license number, incorrect license type, or incorrect expiry date), the system will flag them immediately for your attention.
6. You can then go ahead and enter the reminder days, which are the period before license expiry that you wish to have flagging up on the dashboard. Optionally, you can attach an image of the license for record-keeping.
