Welfare Check Status Report 

This article explains the Welfare Check Status Report, which provides an audit of welfare checks and the responses to them

This report can be accessed and downloaded by going to Reports - Timesheet Reports - Welfare Check Status Report:

When downloading the report, you can filter the data fields by Customer, Site and Date Range:

Once you have your setup chosen, click to generate the report and it will download as a Excel file, which is ordered by the shift timings based off of the dates selected in the file download:

The Column A shows staff members names:

Column B shows the Shift Date:

Column C shows the Shift Times:

Column D shows the Clock in Time:

Column E shows the Clock Out Time:

Column F shows the Customer:

Column G shows the Site:

Column H shows the Subcontractor the staff member is assigned to (if applicable):

Column I shows the Welfare Check Time (what time the notification was sent the the individuals app):

The times in green highlight when the check calls have been successfully acknowledged.

Column J shows whether the check calls was acknowledged on the initial push notifications or one of the follow up notifications:

 

Column K shows whether an SMS was sent (only applicable for accounts that have SMS enabled and turn on for the welfare check setup):

Column L shows whether a push notification for the check call was sent to the individuals phone:

Column M shows whether the welfare check was acknowledged (yes means it was and any blanks highlight missed welfare checks):

Column N shows whether a Manager acknowledged the check call on behalf of the guard:

Column O shows whether the manager had left a note on, in the instances when they have acknowledged a check call on behalf of the guard:

Column P shows the Geo-Location the guard was when they acknowledged the check call:

This is a clickable link that will take you to Google Maps to reference the exact location:

Column Q shows whether or not this location is inside the Geo-fence setup for the site (any No's mean that the guard was outside of the geofence):

As this report is available  within Excel, you are able to apply custom filtering in Excel order order to look for specific Guardhouse users names etc.
