HOW TO ADD YOUR STAFF / GUARDS
To add in a new staff, start with the complete name, mobile number, and valid and active email address of an employee. Creating and adding your staff profiles is super easy but you'll need to be very keen on spelling and symbols. Typing or inputting the wrong email address will have a significant effect on the staff and their account, where they won’t be able to log in or won’t receive emails and notifications from Guardhouse.

HOW TO CREATE SHIFTS
The Schedule is the very core of Guardhouse and it is vital to be able to create and manage your staff's roster and ensure they clock in and out on time and know their location assignment, role, and other instructions. Most Shift Managers (Guardhouse Account Admins) plot their staff schedules on Excel before they transfer them into the Guardhouse Schedule Section.
