An admin/manager can approve and/or decline a leave/availability request from a staff on the dashboard. Please note that this must be turned on in the company Settings. To turn this on, you would need to go to Organization > Company > General Settings > Availability/Leave Requests.




On the Dashboard, you can click the expand view option to have a better view of the availability/leave request. 


On the Availability/Leave request, you will be able to see the following information.

  • Request - This will show the information of the request. This will show if the staff submitted an availability or a time off request.


  • Date- The date of the availability/leave/time off that is requested.

  • Status - This is the status of the leave/availability request, This can be:
    • Pending- waiting for approval from the manager or admin
    • Approved- When the leave/availability is approved by the admin or manager.
    • Rejected- When the leave/availability request has been rejected by the admin or manager.

In order to approve/reject an availability /leave request, you can just click the pending request, select the site, select the leave request type, and if you want to reject or approve the request.



  • Submitted to- This will show who is the approver of the request, it can be a manager or an admin.
  • Approved By - This will show who approved the availability/ leave request.
