We have introduced a new process to ensure the integrity of data between Schedule and Timesheet records. Previously, once a shift was approved in timesheets, it could still be edited on schedule and that would not reflect over the approved timesheet. 


Now, once a guard clocks into a shift, or, that shift has been approved in Timesheets, you will no longer be able to edit the Customer, Site, Start time, End Time or staff member in that shift. 


If you try to edit one of the affected shifts on schedule you will receive a pop up with the following information.
