We have released a NEW feature -Custom clock in question report. This will allow you to set up a questionnaire wherein staff are required to respond YES or NO to the questions you set. You can set up to 5 customized questions.
To set this up, you can go to the Company Settings under the Timeclock tab. You can go under the Custom Clock in the Questionnaire and turn on the feature. You can then have up to 5 maximum custom questions as shown on the screenshot below. This will be the defalt clock in option for all sites.
If you wish to have a custom questionnaire per site, you can also set it up by going to Organization>>Site>> Custom Question.
Once your staff clocked in for the shift, they will get the prompt to answer these questions.
Once they answered the custom clock in the questionnaire, you can see them on the dashboard as shown on this screenshot.
You can then generate the report for the custom clock in the questionnaire. You can go to the Report tab and generate the report Custom pre-shift questionnaire which Generates a report for employee responses.
