We release a new feature which is the Staff Schedule view on the Scheule page. This view will let you see the Staff's schedule for the current week you are viewing and the week after that. This will also show you if the staff's unavailability. This will give you a better insight into what is the scheduled shift for a particular staff.
On the schedule page, you can choose the date that you would like to view. You can then click the small information icon beside the staff that you would like to view.
A dialog box will then appear as shown on the screenshot below. It will show the following:
- Guard information (Name, gender, email, phone number, compliance, and licenses)
- Time of the shift
- Unavailability (if there is any)
- Total scheduled hours per day
- Total scheduled hours for two weeks
