When you are ready to invoice your customers, one thing that you would need to set up would be their invoice profile. Here are the steps to follow to get this set up:
- Go to Organization and choose Customers from the dropdown.
- Choose the customer you want to build an invoice profile for and click on the Invoice Profile tab.
- Click on the Plus (+) button to add the name of the Customer.
- Fill out the remaining information and hit Save
- *Company Name - This could be the same as the Customer name or changed to a different one as needed. Set as default.
- Invoice contact first name
- Invoice contact last name
- Email address
- Mobile number
- PO Number Prefix
- *Invoice type
- *Terms
- *Invoice tax rate (%)
- Job/Tracking Option
- Item/Activity
- *CardID/Contact Name - matching point when using MYOB/Xero
- *Export Invoice type
- Address
- City
- State/Province
- ZIP/Postal Code
- Country
Once you've set up your invoice profile, you will see the information in the Invoicing section of Guardhouse.
These invoice details will also show in the Guardhouse invoice document, which you can send to your customers or keep on file for reference.
