There is no option to delete a customer in Guardhouse once it is added to the system. However, a customer can be deactivated following these steps:
- Go to Organization
- Choose Customers from the drop-down
- Chose the customer you wish to deactivate and click the De-Activate button
Once a customer is deactivated, it will be moved to the Inactive customer list along with all the information attached to it.
