Follow the steps below to create a site and link it to an existing customer:


1. Go to Organisation > Sites > Add New

            


2. When you enter the "Site Name", the GH system pulls the data from Google's business listing and auto-populates the address field. It will pick up the information on the map with the coordinates, which will help with the geofence timeclock making sure the guards are in the right spot when they clock in and out. It has a default mobile timeclock range of 200 meters which you can make adjustments to.



3. Once all the information is entered or populated in each field, click the "Customer" drop-down and select the right customer to pair to a site to. 


**Note: It is imperative that the Customer is added first on the Customer page before you add a site so you can assign the site to the customer you created.



4. Once you've chosen the customer to pair the site to, click on the "Save" button to lock in the information.

Can I add multiple sites to one customer?

 Yes, you can add multiple sites to one customer. Follow steps 1 to 3 and just choose the same customer you want the different sites to be added to. You can add as many sites as you want for a single customer. When you open the Customer Page and go to the Sites subtab, you will see the different sites under the customer. 



Can I modify the Site Name instead of what comes out as suggested by Google? 

Yes, you can. Choose the the correct site as suggested by Google. Go to the site name and make the necessary changes as you see fit then hit Save.
