This page allows you to enable or disable the Incident Report templates you have created on the Incidents page. Enabling/disabling the incident report template limits what Incident Report template your guards can submit on their app. This is especially useful if you created an Incident Report template that's specific to a site.
To turn the visibility of templates on/off for the site, go to Organization > Site > Select the site > Incident Report > Enable/Disable.
Guardhouse also has default Incident Report templates that you can choose from. Once a default Incident Report template is chosen, this will show in the list of templates that your staff can use when they submit an incident report from their mobile app. Each state/province will have different default incident report templates. To check what these templates are you can go to the Incidents page.
