You can set up custom clock-in questions for each site to help to ensure that your staff members are ready for their shifts. You can also use this feature to ensure that your guards are compliant with the requirements of the site, that they've read and understood the site brief, that they have the right equipment or wearing the correct uniform, etc.
1. To turn this feature on, go to Organization > Company > Company Settings > Timeclock.
2. Scroll down to the "Custom Clock in Questionnaire" and toggle the feature "ON"
There is also an available Covid 19 Clock Questionnaire that you can toggle on.
