You can tag the guards here as preferred if they are the best candidate to work at the site. If it's the opposite, blacklist them from the site. If you tag a guard as preferred, he/she will be on the top list of suggested guards to include in the roster. If the person is blacklisted from the site, his/her name will well be at the bottom of the list and you won't able to roster that person at that site.
Here are the steps to follow when tagging someone preferred or blacklisted:
- Click Organization and select Sites from the dropdown
- Select a Site
- Click on the Preferred Staff subtab
- Mark a staff as Blaklisted or Preferred
- Hit Save
On the Schedule page, you will see the preferred and blacklisted staff for each site.
