Guardhouse allows you to set the radius where your staff can clock in and clock out. By default, this option is already turned on but you can turn it off and change the global settings for the Geofence radius on the Company Page.
- Go to Organization and choose Company from the dropdown
- Go to Company Settings then click on the Timeclock subtab
- Go to Mobile Phone Timeclock Enabled and this is where you can toggle off the Mobile Phone Timeclock Enabled feature. You also have the option to change the radius set for all sites in this section.
To change the radius for each individual site, follow these steps:
- Go to Organization and select Sites from the dropdown
- Select a site and click on Site Details
- Go to Mobile TimeClock Maximum Distance (meters) and change the radius
- Hit Save
You can also move the Pin on the map so it can be where you need it to be.
