We have made updates to the Timesheets feature that staff can have access to via the GH mobile app. Administrators can set up what the staff can access under the Company Settings section by following these steps: 

  • Click Organization and select Company from the dropdown
  • Under Company Settings, go to Settings and select General
  • Go down to Staff Timesheets and toggle that on to open the two options under it:
    • Allow staff to view approved timesheets - When toggled on, your staff will be able to view approved timesheets for the week along with the following details:
      • Customer
      • Site
      • Scheduled shift time (what was planned on the Schedule page)
      • Actual clock in and clock out times for each shift
      • My Timesheet (if the staff submitted an unscheduled timesheet entry)
      • Approved hours for the shift done (per day and the total for the week)
    • Allow staff-submitted timesheet entries - When toggled on, your staff will be able to submit timesheets through the GH app or browser. They can add a note as well when they submit such a timesheet. This will appear on the Timesheets page as an Unscheduled Entry and will still be subject to management approval. 


On the mobile side of things, your staff will be able to access the option to view and/or submit timesheets by choosing the My Timesheet option. 



Once clicked, two options will be available for them. 

  • Timesheets - This is where the staff can view their approved timesheet for the week.
  • Submit - This is where the staff can submit an unscheduled timesheet.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Is there a way for the staff to raise disputes on the Timesheets approved through the GH app?

            At this point, there is no way to raise disputes via the GH app but this is something we are looking to develop in             the future.


  • Is there a way to view the total hours approved for the month or fortnight?

            Not on the GH app. You can view the total hours approved per week and just add those up.
