SETTING UP YOUR ANDROID/IPAD TIMECLOCK       

The Android Time Clock allows employees to start and end their shift/break from a device located in a centralized location at your workplace. This guide will walk you through how to set you your Guardhouse Time Clock via Android tablet or IPAD.

Note that the timeclock can only be set up by an Admin or Manager on the account/location.

Please note that you can only download the app on the Ipad that runs  iOS 8.0 or later and for Android, it should be 4.4 and up.

 

 

Once you installed and open the Guardhouse Time Clock app, it will ask you to enter you credentials. Please log in the same credentials that you are using when you log in to your Guardhouse scheduling software:

Once you’re logged in, you will be prompted to set up your timeclock. It will ask you to:

  • Edit your Selected Location-You can select the specific location where your app will be used
  • Refresh Pin- Used to refresh the system when your staff got a new PIN
  • Send Employee’s pin- It will automatically send a 4 digit PIN code to your staff
  • Log out 


Once your staff received the 4 digit PIN via SMS, they can then use it to clock in and out on your Timeclock. They can clock in every start/end of their shifts or during their breaks.



Staffs can also see the Pin from their Mobile app when they are on the profile section.
