Each customer that will be invoiced from Guardhouse will need an invoice profile. This profile will ensure the correct customer details are placed on the invoice when it is generated.

To create the customer invoice profile, follow the steps below.
- Click Organization then select Customer from the drop-down menu.
- Click Invoice profile.
- Click the (+) button to add a new customer invoice profile and fill out the information needed: Highlighted the important ones that are required to create an invoice.
- Company Name
- Set as default (if this is the main profile for that customer)
- Invoice contact first name
- Invoice contact last name
- Email address
- Mobile number
- PO Number Prefix
- Invoice type
- Detail
- Terms
- Invoice tax rate (%)
- Address
The following data fields are specifically for integration to accounting systems
- Job/Tracking Option
- Item/Activity
- CardID/Contact Name
- Export Invoice type
4. Hit Save to apply the changes.
If you invoice work multiple entities within the one customer, you will need to create an invoice profile for each entity. You can set up as many of these as you like.
When you are invoicing your customers, you will choose the correct billing profile to attach to each invoice.
