Building service rates is quick and easy regardless of how complex.
To start, go to your Customer profile and select the Service Rates tab.
Pick your Invoice Calendar which determines the frequency of invoicing this client and then click
+ Add New Service
Name the Service, for example “Static Guard” or “Supervisor”, then create the rules around how this service will be charged.

Select what days and between what times occurs, add a name for the rate the “service rate” box and then finally, add the charge. If there are multiple rates through the week, click the “+ rate button” on the right to add more.
To add another service entirely, click the “+ Add new service” button.
Here is an example of two rate styles. One, a complex charge structure that follows the award and the second is a flat rate structure. Both are common and the system can accommodate each and all in between easily.
When you have multiple services, select which one is your most common by selecting “Set as default”
