Major Release!

We are starting the fourth quarter of 2022 with the release of a major feature called Company, Customer & Site Documents. This feature boosts efficiency and transparency when it comes to managing company documents, policies, and SOPs. You can now share digital documents at a company level, customer level, and site level. We have completed V1 of this feature and will be live next week!

Compliance folders on site are now a thing of the past!

Go paperless with a completely digital streamlined process. Guards can view documents related to their shifts and can be required to sign off before clock in. Filter who you want to send the documents to, like subcontractors, easily and set a renewal period if necessary.

Upload various types of documents (pdf, word, image files, ppt, etc) for your guards to access. These could be documents pertaining to your company COVID policies, employee contracts, site SOPs, etc. Documents are not downloadable for privacy and security measures.

Staff Document Storage

Upload documents relating to your staff and access them easily on the Staff Page. See all documents that have been viewed, acknowledged and digitally signed off by your guards. Generate reports of acknowledged documents for monitoring and audit purposes.
