Are you worried your managers or administrators might have too much access to information on your Guardhouse account, and you want to keep a better handle on the permissions they have? The Super Admin feature might just be what you need.
The Super Admin holds the highest position in terms of the Guardhouse access hierarchy. You can have only one or a select number of people be Super Admins and have the authority to give permissions/access to managers and regular admins in terms of the following:
How do I set myself or someone else as a Super Admin?
You can request this from Guardhouse and we can set you up as Super Admin on the backend. Reach out to our Support Team or your Success Manager if you would like to have this feature activated for your account.
What's the difference between a Super Admin and a regular Admin?
Ideally, this would be the access coverage of a Super Admin, a regular Admin, and a Manager:
Super Admin | Regular Admin | Manager |
|

When you are assigned as a Super Admin, have a look at your Managers and Admins' profiles and assign the appropriate access to them. If you need a list of your managers and administrators, feel free to reach out to our Support Team or your Success Manager.
We appreciate any feedback you may have to further improve this feature.
