You can generate a report from Guardhouse that shows you all the Patrol Site visits your team have made.
To export the Patrol Staff Activity report, navigate to Reports > Patrol Reports
From there, Admins and Managers can export visits by all customers or individually and select any date range
The report will download as an excel file and will show you the following information.
Date, Customer, Patrol Site, Staff Name, Time on Site, Onsite GPS link, Time off Site, Offsite GPS link,
Total Time on Site, Expected time on site & Time Variance.
