The Patrol Sites feature makes performing duties during Mobile Patrol work a breeze. 

We've packaged everything you'll need into one simple section to ensure you can get the job done quickly and error free. 


Patrol Sites


Mobile Patrol guards will have access to the Patrol Sites feature on the main page of the Guardhouse app.




Once you click on Patrol Sites you will be brought to a list of all the sites you can visit during your shift.

Click on the Patrol Site you will need to visit to gain access to all the information you need.  



In the Site page you will get 3 options. 


First, Open in Maps

You can click on this tab to be taken straight into your native maps app and navigate to exactly to the patrol site. 


Second, Site Documents

If there are site documents provided for you to view before arriving on site you can view them here. 



Third, I'm on Site

Once you are within the Geofence of the patrol site, you will be able to click the I'm on Site button. 

If you are not within the site Geofence you will get a status like the image below. 



Once you are within the Geofence you will be taken to the details page with all Patrol Site options


Patrol Site Details


Now you are on site you can perform all your patrol duties within this one page. 


Current time on site

At the top you will see the Current time on site timer.

This tracks how long you have spent on site and the text will change to RED once you have exceeded the expected time on site. 



Alarm Company & Site Contacts

In the Alarm Company & Site Contacts tab you can access any escalation contact information. 

You'll find the Alarm Company, Monitoring Company and any other Call out Contacts within this tab. 


You can call directly out of the app by clicking the call button. 


Site Codes & Instructions

In Site Codes & Instructions you'll find all the codes for locks, digital access pads and so on. 

To expose these, click the eye icon on the right and you'll see the code. 


You'll also find any site instructions at the bottom of this page. 


Patrol Site Documents

Once on site, you'll gain access to all documents for this site. 

These will be relevant to your duties and can be accessed by clicking on the document you need and allowing the PDF to load. 


Incident Reports

Incident Reports allows you to submit your reports for the Patrol Site exactly as you would normally through the main page. 

Just click on the report you want to submit and fill it out through the app.


Check Point Scan

If you have QR or NFC checkpoints that need to be scanned during your site visit, just click the Check Point Scan button and follow the prompts to complete your tour route. 


Finished on Site

Once you have finished everything you need to do and are ready to leave site, click Finished on Site to end your Patrol Site visit. this will stop the time tracking and take you back to the Patrol Sites list so you can select the next one on your
