Prerequisite: Have all your site positions added before proceeding to this step.
Adding a Pay Template
- Under Organization > Company > Payrates, add your pay calendar and pay categories and build your pay group as normal.
- Go to Pay Templates and create one as normal
- Choose a site and click on Edit by Position. Assign and/or modify rates by position then save.
Adding a Charge Rate
- Under Organization > Customers > Service Rates, build all the charge rates for the customer as normal.
- Go to Site Rates and make the necessary customization of rates per site.
- Click on Edit by Position. Assign and/or modify the rates per position then save.
Once you have added the charges and pay templates for the positions, they will show up on the schedule page as normal and will be attached to the shifts you create for the site.
