Once you've done the web set-up for Site Positions (click here to view), you can start creating shifts by position on mobile. Here are the steps to follow: 

  • Schedule > select customer > select site. Please note that only sites with a site position setup will be available on mobile. You can not add site positions for a site on mobile and it will reflect on the GH site.
  • Add Shift


  • Create shift as normal. Click Position Selection to add a position. Please note that the positions available for selection are those that have are shown on the web Site Position Lookup.   
  • Complete shift details (staff name, pay template,charge template, etc)
  • Save and Publish


On the guard's end, they will see the position assigned to them under My Shifts > Shift > My Roster Details> Notes

Q: Is there a way not to show the site position to the guard when creating a shift on mobile?

A: Yes. Toggle off the Visible on Mobile option when under Edit Notes. Save.
