Keeping an occurrence log is a must for many sites. But having to do it the pen and paper way is not the most efficient, especially when there are time constraints. There are also instances where not all occurrences are recorded. That is why Guardhouse released the Digital Occurrence Log feature. This captures information customers choose to get recorded in the site log for 24 hours. Here's how to set this up.
- Go to Organization > Company
- Under Settings > Incident Report, turn on the Enable Digital Occurrence Log feature
- Choose which information will be added to the report by enabling them
- Go to Incidents > Digital Occurrence Log to view and download the occurrence log for the site for the day. Make sure to add a date on the Date Range Section for the reports you want to view. Since these are reports are generated daily, the system defaults to showing only three days worth of digital occurrence logs when the date range section is blank.
- The report can be downloaded in PFD format. Activities are color coded for easier identification.
- The report can be shared in the customer portal by toggling the buttons under the Show to Customer column.
