Once run sheets are created, create shifts as normal. A guard will still need to confirm shifts and clock in and out. To see the run sheets assigned for the day, here are the steps for the guard:
- Go to Mobile Patrols
- There will be two options available in this section.
- Runsheets - will show the different run sheets that the guard can use.
- Patrol Sites - will show all the sites that are within the region/s assigned to the guard.
- Click on a run sheet. A prompt will pop out asking if the guard would like to start with the chosen run sheet. The guard will just need to click "Yes".
- The app will open the run sheet to show the different patrol sites that need to be visited including the number of visits needed and the time that the visit needs to be done. The arrangement of the patrol sites will depend on the setting done on the web (Organization > Mobile Patrols > Runsheets).
- Click on the patrol site. There will be an "Open in Maps" option that is linked to Google Maps. This will show the directions to take to reach the patrol site from where the guard is. There will also be two options available in terms of what action to take:
- Start Patrol Visit
- Click Start Patrol Visit when on the site. This will start the timer to determine how long the guard was on the site.
- Different options will be available on this page:
- Alarm Company and Site Contacts - contains information about the different people to contact depending on the situation that may arise during the patrol visit.
- Site Codes & Instructions - contains the different codes for the patrol site as well as instructions on what to do when the guard gets to the site.
- Site Documents - attachments of different documents about the site.
- Incident / Forms - contains form templates that a guard can use for reporting incidents or activities done on the site.
- Click on Check Point Scan to do NFC or QR scans around the patrol site.
- Click Finished on Site when all tasks are done in the patrol site. This will stop the timer and take you back to the Runsheets tasks page. There will be indicators on the Runsheets section of the visits completed.
- Hit Finish Runsheet when all the tasks have been completed for the different patrol sites.
- Click Start Patrol Visit when on the site. This will start the timer to determine how long the guard was on the site.

- Work Order Number
- Date and Time of the alarm or incident advised
- Additional notes during the visit
- Once the above is filled out, hit Continue.
