The skill matching feature of Guardhouse allows you to match employees who meet the requirements of a site. To ensure that the licences and compliances are also validated, Guardhouse has introduced the Critical Compliance matching feature. This would address the concern of being able to roster someone whose required compliance is expired.
Here's how you can make use of this feature.
- Go to Organization > Company
- Go to Settings > Schedule
- Enable Skill Matching > Critical Compliance matching on role template
- Create your Role Template as normal
Once the Critical Compliance matching feature is enabled, the following changes will take effect:
- The logic of the Skill Matching feature will change to include the validation of compliances to ensure that they are not expired.
- On the Schedule page, only the Super Admin will have the ability to change the role template assigned to a site.
- When a shift is created, two groupings will be available for rostering:
- Matched / Compliant - These are employees who meet the qualifications of the site and whose compliances are valid.
- Matched / Compliant - These are employees who meet the qualifications of the site and whose compliances are valid.
- Matched / Non Compliant -These are employees who meet the qualifications of the site but their compliances are expired/invalid. They can still be allocated to a shift if desired, however, this will require a second confirmation before the shift is published. NOTE: Only Super Admins can override the role template assigned to the site and publish the shift. Managers and regular admins will have to request the publishing of such shifts from the Super Admin.
Published shifts that are matched but are non-compliant with a site's role template will have a heavy black line on the Schedule page.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: If shifts were already created and then the Critical Compliance Matching feature is enabled, will it apply to those shifts?
A: No. The logic of the Critical Compliance Matching feature will only apply to shifts created after the feature is enabled. The earlier created shifts that do not match the qualifications of a site will still, however, show a heavy black line to indicate non-compliance.
