The Live Operations widget is a valuable tool for monitoring shift statuses, but grouping data based on specific needs can sometimes be challenging. To address this, Guardhouse has introduced a new feature that allows for customizable sorting.
- Navigate to Organization > Company.
- Under Settings, scroll down to the feature titled Default Sorting for Live Operations.
- Select the sorting option that best suits your requirements.
- The Live Operations widget will now display shift statuses according to your selected sorting preference.
