On the dashboard page, select 'Mobile Patrols'.
You can then choose between 'Runsheets' or 'Patrol Sites.' Selecting 'Runsheets' will enable you to pick the specific Runsheet you need to start.
After selecting a Runsheet, Guardhouse will display a list of visits that need to be completed. As shown below, the app will track and count down the number of visits completed throughout the shift.
When arriving at each site, the guard can access the map to locate the site if they are outside the Geofence.
After successfully clocking in at the site, the guard will have access to the following information to ensure all tasks are completed during the visit:
During a Runsheet, your guard may be instructed to visit an alarm or respond to a call-out at a site not listed on their Runsheet. In this case, they can select 'Patrol Sites' and locate the Adhoc visit from the list.
After selecting the relevant site, as shown below, the guard will have the option to choose either 'Start Patrol Visit' or 'Alarm/Incident Call Out.'
The details from completed Runsheets and Patrol visits will be available for download on the 'Reports' page of your Guardhouse account.
The 'Patrol Staff Activity' report provides a record of all visits, along with links to GPS data and On/Off site timings. The 'Runsheet Exception Report' shows the number of completed visits within a Runsheet, as well as any Adhoc visits that occurred.
