If you are using a Client Portal for Guardhouse here is a step-by-step guide:
When you receive your account invitation you will need to follow the link in the email and use the password provided to login to your client portal.
Upon logging in for the first time, you will be asked to change the generic password provided to something more memorable.
Once you have successfully logged in you will see your Dashboard page below:
On this page, you will have access to the schedule for any static work. You will be able to see the staff names and SIA badges and any compliance that is shared.
Additionally, you can download reports of the schedule.
If you have Timesheets shared with you, you will have the 'Timesheets' tab, here you can either approve or reject the timesheets for your sites.
Should you reject a timsheets, you will need to provide a reason why.
If you select the 'Incident Register' you will be able to see and download any reports or Digital Occurrence Logs that have been shared with you:

If you have access to the Reports page, this is where you can download reports from NFC/QR Checkpoints used on your site:
If you are a Patrol client then you can download a report to show the time, date and location of Mobile Drivers accessing your site:
