Incident Reporting Filtering will enable you to personalise which forms need to be enabled on which sites and also who will have access to the forms.
On your 'Incident' tab if you select 'Actions' and 'Add/Edit Incident Templates' you will see a list of forms that you have created in your Guardhouse Account.
You can select the form you need or 'Add a new form Template' in the top left corner.
Select 'Form/Report Settings'
On the page below you can decide who the form needs to be available to.
Additionally, you can make the form visible on 'All sites' - 'All Static Sites' - 'All Mobile Sites' or 'Custom'.
If you select 'custom' you will be able to enable the form on specific sites.
