I. Scope

Guardhouse enhancements:

  • [GH-3452] Maximum hours for staff v2

    • Implementation of maximum hours rules for companies with Site Positions = ON

    • New company configuration “Maximum Hours Rules for Staff” available in the Company Settings > Schedule page, turned OFF by default

    • If Maximum Hours Rules for Staff = ON:

      • Admin can setup rules with Rule Name and the Maximum Hours allowed per week

      • On Staff Page > Salary / Wage page, admin can assign which rule tapply for the staff

      • When rostering staff, warning icons will show when the staff exceeds the allowed maximum hours based on the defined rules

      • This does not override the OT and Compliance rules, but serves as additional validation only; all conflicts will be shown when publishing the shifts

      • If staff exceed the allowed maximum hours, only Super Admin will be able tpublish


  • [GH-3944] FEATURE Incident Excel Download Additional Column

    • Added submitted time in the Submitted On column of the Incident Report Summary (excel) report


  • [GH-3165] Change HR Details for *{customer name}* view

    • The changes under this ticket only applies tcompanies where country = Ireland (AU/UK not affected)

      • Removal/Renaming of some fields

      • Additional option tupload Passport attachment

      • Removed some HR screening questions, plus additional option tupload attachments


  • [GH-3950] Add P/# tinvoice display screen

    • New column “P/O#” displayed in the Invoicing page, shown between Invoice # and Customer Name column


  • Wage Advancement:

    • [GH-3911] Wage advancement: Payments of owings should only be made in past open pay cycles not current

    • [GH-4039] [Mobile API] Create Log - WhTaps WageAdvancement Button

      • Enhancement on wage advancement feature tlog data related tapping the Wage Advancement in mobile


  • [GH-3951] Disable the "Edit Incident Report" option on the customer portal page

    • New sub-configurations under Company settings > Customer Portal t(1) Allow Customer tEdit

Incident Reports (default = OFF) and (2) Show Version History of Incident Reports (default = OFF)

  • If Allow Customer tEdit Incident Reports = OFF, disable the “Edit” button when customers are viewing submitted incident reports

  • If Show Version History of Incident Reports = OFF, hide the version history when customers are viewing submitted incident reports


  • Enhancements tPay Template settings (Company-level and Staff-level)

    • Main changes:

      • Grouping of rates per customer instead of per site

      • If admin wants tedit rates for specific Sites, there’s an option t“Edit Site Rates” for each customer

Guardhouse bug fixes:

  • Dashboard:

    • [GH-192] Dashboard - Sort indicator for "Status" column on smaller widgets are not displayed properly

      • Fix UI issue of status column header overflowing tnext line


  • [GH-191] Dashboard - Availability/Leave requests - Layout broken in the Widget for Partially approved Requests

    • Fix UI issue that the label for Patially approved leave are overlapping with other text


  • [GH-3898] Dashboard Live OPS- *{customer name}*

    • Fix issue that when the Live Ops are refreshed, the filters are being refreshed as well


  • [GH-3444] Published vs Unpublished

    • Fix the issue that for some customers the Published vs Unpublished widget is only showing 0


  • Schedule:

    • [GH-4109] The current location is showing as negative in "Publish by Person".

      • Fix the issue encountered during regression that the count of publishable shifts are showing negative


  • [GH-4131] Critical Compliance Matching Hotfix for UK

    • When renewal is not tagged as critical, it should still be use tfilter out the available staff tbe used based on the selected role template.


  • Leave

    • [GH-4082] Leave Issues on Timesheets

      • Fix issue that start/end times for leave are not showing up on Timesheets page


  • [GH-4090] Leave Entry: Incorrect date in the Timesheets - *{customer name}*


  • Incidents:

    • [GH-4007] Incident Reports: “Person Involved” was not shown / [GH-4026] Incident Report submitted showing as Blank When editing- Statewide

      • Fix issue that person involved question types are not showing up when editing Incident


  • Reports

    • [GH-4100] Rename "Shift Timeline Report" in "Deleted Shifts Report"



  • [GH-3913] FW: discrepancies in reports - missing invoice item

    • Fix the issue in the Approved Timesheet with Pay and Invoicing that is now showing all shifts

    • [GH-3887 Read Only Staff Page - remaining issues

    • [GH-3814] Welfare Check Escalation timings not sending correctly - *{customer name}* – Medium

      • Fix the issue that welfare checks are being sent during incorrect times
