1. On the Customer page, select your customer you wish to create a portal for




2. Click "Customer Portal"




3. Click "+ Customer Account"





4. Click the "Enter First Name" field.





5. Click the "Enter Last Name" field.






6. Click the "Enter Email Address" field.






7. Then select which of the customer needs access to a 'Static Site' or 'Patrol Site'





8. Next you can select which reports the client will need access to.






9. Select a frequency option.





10. Select a time you wish for the reports to be sent to the Client




11. If you wish to share certain incident Reports to the client select 'Add Specific Report'






12. Select the chosen report.




13. Select a frequency option.





14. Select a day





15. Select a time you wish for the reports to be sent to the Client





16. Click "Save"





17. You can then send the client an invitation to their portal.






TIP: If the Client does not want to log in to a portal then you can just save the information, and the reoccurring emails will be sent on time with the correct reports you have set up.recurring
