1. Click on "Staff"
2. Click the staff member who requires Rolled Up Leave.
3. Click "Leave"
4. Click "Rolled Up Leave"
5. Click "Save"
6. Click "Organization"
7. Click "Company"
8. Click "Payrates"
9. Click "Pay Categories"
10. Click "Add new"
11. Type "Rolled Up Leave"
12. Select the "Leave" option type.
13. Click the "Assign to Rolled Up leave" field.
14. Click "Save Changes"
15. Click "Paysheets"
16. Click on the Rolled Up Leave staff member.
17. Click this checkbox.
18. Click "Rolled Up"
19. Click "Apply Leave"
20. Click "OK"
21. You will see the Rolled Up Leave calculations on the Staff members' pay sheets. The values are calculated per rate group by 12.07%.
If you have made a mistake with shift rates, all you need to do is select the staff member's profile in Paysheets, click 'Remove Leave,' and then click 'Apply Leave.' The Rolled Up Leave will then recalculate.
