The Submitted Compliance Widget on the dashboard is where you can come to see any compliance that has been requested from staff, including any licenses, Guardhouse compliance or customised compliance pieces.
This widget will automatically show any compliance pieces that have been submitted by your staff:
You can see the staff members Name, Compliance Name, License/Reference number, Expiry Date, Compliance Type, and any Attachments. You can click into and view the attachments to check they are correct.
If you are happy with the compliance piece that has been submitted, use the tick box to approve the compliance piece and it will be added onto the staff members profile. If the item added is a license, the system will then validate this the following day:
If the compliance is not as requested, for example you can see that the information is incorrect or the photo is unclear, you can use the cross box to reject the compliance piece. You will need to add a note as to why you are rejecting this:
You can use the toggle at the top of the box to see compliance that has been requested, but your staff member is yet to submit:
This will take you to the requested compliance box, where you can see all of the details regarding the request, including the date the compliance was requested form the guard:
You can also cancel compliance requests if they are no longer required, which will remove the request from the guards app:
